Google Chrome is our browser of choice, and is where we do most of our testing. In order, other recommended browsers are Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Some of our students have reported issues with course videos not loading completely, or the audio loading but not the video portion. This seems to be a Firefox-specific issue for Wistia, the service we use to host the videos.
We recommend using Chrome or Safari to watch the videos if you have problems in Firefox.
Videos not loading at all
If your videos are not loading at all regardless of browser, it may be that Wistia's CDN systems are overloaded. To see if this is the problem, try watching the video on this page.
If this video is having the same problems, then you may need to wait a few hours while their servers recover.
